For nearly 10 years, Jennifer Riffard has been mainly involved in civil service law and, more occasionally, in employment law.
She therefore mainly assists public authorities (local authorities, public institutions, hospitals), defending them in disputes they encounter with their employees, and also advises them on numerous issues which must be addressed carefully, seriously and diligently in order to guarantee the proper functioning of services.
Jennifer Riffard assists local authorities on issues affecting employees collectively (organisation of working hours, overhaul of the compensation scheme, election of staff representatives, etc.), but also on more individual issues (management of on-duty accidents and occupational illnesses, management of harassment situations, implementation of disciplinary procedures, etc.).
More occasionally, Jennifer Riffard assists State, hospital or territorial agents in pre-litigation or litigation.
Thanks to her extensive experience, Jennifer Riffard has developed a recognised expertise in civil service law.
She also runs training courses and writes articles in various journals, in particular the Gazette des communes.
